Failed block test, need replacement. Georgia. Recommendations?

I have a 2020 5.7 that failed a block test and I need a new engine or rebuild. Any reputable shop and engine recommendations for me here in Georgia?

What is your meaning of a failed block test, do you mean the block its self is cracked some place or do you mean just a bad head gasket that is leaking??

Is it Cam/Lifter problems, what does Failed mean to your mechanic, did it fail a cooling system test, (not holding Pressure).
