I had a warranty issue in 2020 when a firmware upgrade bricked my UConnect system. Replacement was the only solution. FCA agreed to extend my SiriusXM subscription and warranty by six months. I’m having issues again, but FCA doesn’t respond to emails. Any suggestions or contact information that might help me?

What does your dealer say?
Not much help. They don't show any record of the warranty extension. They want to keep the truck for three days to diagnose the issue, but I already know the codes.

I hope that you have the warranty extension in writing and it has the dates on it. If it doesn't show up in the computer system it most likely is expired - most Sirius subs were only a few months, though some were for a few years.
Being a 2020 model truck, aren't you still in the 3/36 warranty or are you just out of warranty.

What are the codes maybe someone on here can help?

You can call them at 1-800-992-1997. You will most likely talk with someone that doesn't know anything about your problem, but they take down the information. Within a day or two depending on weekends or holidays, someone should call you back and a case is opened. What happens after that is a crap shoot if they satisfy you or not.
I wish you luck.

the dealer wants to keep the truck to diagnose and you refuse because u know the codes... So your the one that is holding up the process the dealer has steps they have to follow especially for warranty. They cannot just take your word for what the issue is and what the codes are.. Until you give the veh to the dealer nothing else is going to be done..

Best way to get @RamCares attention is to send them a PM.
Thank you so much for the tag! Yes, the best way to get ahold of us is through a tag or a direct message! We don't always get notifications if you post on our profile, so DM is best! Additionally, if you're ever in bind and need quick communication, we recommend calling 1-866-726-4636!

I didn't refuse. I'm scheduled to take it in today and leave it through 1/5.

I would be finding out when they are coming back to full staff after New Years and would take it in then. Taking it in today, my guess is no one will even look at it till after New Years, unless you don;t need the truck for the next 7 days and the lot is secure. Blows my mind that your dealers need a truck for a week to diagnose someting really simple.
