You could Custom build a "stack" exhaust look to bring in air from the bed / rear of cab? I would be carefull blocking any air inlets without making another however as it will most likely lead to performance issues as well. Or build a thin but wide rectangular tube (big enough to support the volume and flow rate of air needed) to go between cab and bed and bring air intake up on the roof like some rally cars do...
