I'm not sure what it is about the true blue flares, but they are very hard to find. I wasn't going to pass them up. No mod May.....I pray my wife never hears of that..lol.

from what i'm told the trx flares you can buy brand new are already painted mg.

True blue just started on Rams in 2012, that's why they're hard to come across I did see mineral grey on eBay 2 weeks ago. The postings are usually by a dodge dealership that apparently takes them off of new ones.

I've been looking for mineral gray painted flares for over 2 months. I can't find them..

Yeah but they're not actually painted mineral gray. They are mineral gray but textured and molded not painted..

I had to jump in on the true blue with 2500 flares fun. Lol

I got them from that eBay seller (easyautoparts) months ago. He said i got the first set he had.

Finished install of fender flares and JJ's headlights and blinkers and HID fogs. Also painted the antenna flat black, I can't understand why Dodge still uses bright silver antenna's. Debating removing the Hemi badge and just doing a vinyl on the hood, but just not big on vinyl.

Looks sick man. Those lights are killer. JJ work is great from what ive seen. I will be doing the same thing as soon as he gets caught up... ''cough'' ''cough''. Are those blinker reflectors smoked? Cant tell from the angle of the pic..

And good call on the wheels too. Nice!

It's all JJ! The blinkers and high beams are regular chrome, amber reflectors taken out, led turn signal, and black painted housings otherwise. I argued with myself a lot about the color of the housings, but at the end of the day, it's all too much blue for my taste so this evened it out perfectly. JJ is like a sketch artist of headlights, you give him the basics on what you want and he puts it to work flawlessly.

I have 2 painters.......so if the primary is backed up (which 95% of the time he is with the scheduled headlight jobs) - I hand to the secondary painter. On the 2013 LED ones, I don't have cores....so I know you'd be down, I'd get with painter #2, figure out a time that I know he can bust 'em out. Get 'em here that day, he sprays and we get them out in about about 48 hours. (again, this is just something we try to do on downed trucks - not the norm).

Maybe one day I'll get the time to put these Recons up for sale and get me some JJ taillights. I like the stock tail lights for some unknown reason and he does an amazing tinting job from what I see.
