Finished the garage yesterday and got my mother in law moved in today so we can use her old room as the new babies room until around April when we'll be looking for a bigger house.
Added 4 extra plugs along the walls, upgraded the lights to some nicer room-type. Re-installed and rigged my garage door... completely. Blew insulation in the attic over the garage as there was none previously, and ripped down the walls and insulated every inch. Then put up new sheetrock, floor and ceiling trim and sanded and painted it all. Bought some cheapo $.51 per foot carpet at lowes and put it down. This way it's comfortable and can be used as a room, or just push open the garage door button and it's still a garage!

I'm still planning on adding an electric wall heater just to ensure it stays warm, so before I put up the sheet rock, I added a junction box. Prolly wont do that for a month or two though.
I was going to add to the air ducts and put a duct into this room, but if a vehicle is running and pulls into the garage, I dont want fumes possible entereing the house through the ducts. It's stays almost exactly the same temperature as the house, we just leave the door to the house open a couple hours each day.
