TLC's patented system solves the RAM 1500 coil spring problem – smooth everyday ride that can’t handle heavy loads. TLC adds 5,000+ pounds of lift so your truck will always be level - and TLC improves steering, handling and braking too.
TLC™ is a revolutionary patented air suspension that uses 9" Goodyear air springs - the largest on any full-size truck. TLC’s air springs operate independent of the factory suspension so they don’t interfere with the smooth factory ride. In fact, TLC can give your truck a “sportier” feel.
TLC's air springs have at least 5 times the power of "air springs" inside the coils. TLC levels heavy loads with only 20-30 psi so the air springs remain flexible compared to others that require 80-100 psi.
TLC also has a new model, DGHD-2535, for RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks (2002-2012). This unit is super tough with 1/4" steel platforms that will level the heaviest loads, trailers and boats. TLC's 9" air springs have at least 3 times the air volume of systems that use 6” air springs.
All TLC models are easy to install; fit single or dual exhaust and require no modifications. You can order with or without a Viair air compressor and gauge/switch.
Of course, TLC cannot increase GVWR or GCWR so please do NOT EXCEED the manufacturer's recommendations.
