First little issue today

I was going out to the car wash and I came to a stop sign. As i was still stopping the trans shifted out of drive and the D started blinking. Once i stopped and shifted to park and back to drive it was fine.

Nope no lights at all only thing was the drive light flashing.

Hmmmm, the flashing D kinda tells that a door was not closed all the way, hmmmmmmmmm.
