My wife and I are planning an adventure. We're selling the house, buying a fifth wheel and living on the road for a year. Knowing I'd need a newer truck to replace my 1998 GMC half ton, I did my research and found the best truck out there would be the Dodge 5.9 Cummins.
So after some incredible luck, I found a 2006 3500, 5.9 Cummins, 6-speed, Dually, for a GREAT price in Arkansas. Just picked it up last week and drove it home to RI. It has 188k miles and drove great. I love this truck.
The interior is pretty gross, previous owner chewed tobacco and seemed to get reside over every surface. Not to mention the stains on the seats. Their garbage.
Looking forward to learning what I can from the group, as well as contributing as well. I'm a 3D designer, and own a 3D printer. I'm currently working on designing a mount that clips to the dash to hold my cell phone. I'll post pics once I have something to share.
