First vehicle

Well, I know it isn't the prettiest but it's my first vehicle. 1999 laramie slt, 5.2, 147k miles, I'm the second owner and I got it for $500. Needed a new oil pan, and brake lines. Overall pretty happy with it. Got a cold air intake for christmas that I threw on right away. Anything I should be careful of?
