I don’t wanna mess with trimming pinch weld..l don’t care about 37’s I’m gonna run 35’s-12 is not a good offset for these trucks. Especially If you plan on going with a 37-in tire. check out this video at the 5-minute mark it shows how bad he's rubbing on the rear pinch well and then the rest of the video shows how much he trimmed away to get them to work

I like the 2in stick outI have 17x9 -12 offset wheels with 37" tires and have been driving with this setup for over 50k miles.
'Yes', you will rub. But under normal driving conditions on asphalt, I doubt you'll be rubbing much, unless you do a lot of full-lock turns in tight areas. If you will be offroading often, seriously consider trimming the pinchweld if you decide to stick with the factory lift.
Other things to keep in mind are 1) not all brands of 37" tires are made the same: variances in overall diameter and width exist that will dictate the amount of rubbing that occurs if you don't trim the pinchweld. 2) the wheels/tires will stick out from the body of the truck (~2" on my setup) and kick up mud/road debris on the sides a lot more than wheels that remain inside the wheel well. Im okay with it, but some might not be.
Unfortunately The Thuren kit will not help with 37s and that offset. If you look in the video the dude is rocking a thuren overland setup as well, says it down in the comments to.I think I’m going to do the 20x9 -12 with 35x12.5x20 Toyos . I ordered the thuren overland kit so it will help if I wanna try 37’s down road
I just found a set of 18x9 method rims wit -12 offset running toyo 37x13.5x18 open country rt tires ..these will def rub
