Flashing steering wheel / thermometer icon

Today when I got in and started my 16 sport. In the lower left of the EVIC showed a single icon alternating between a red steering wheel with.! And a thermometer. It flashed back and forth 3 or 4x then went away. It has been 2 days and cold. Could it be the electric PS pump just had exceptionally cold fluid?

Do you have a heated steering wheel? Think it may be a warning light telling you steering wheel may be warm.
