Haven't seen this one mentioned before.. I know about the flickering when the dash lights are dimmed with parking/headlights switched on.
A couple of weeks ago my dash lights started flickering from bright to dim during the day and this morning took the truck in for a couple of warranty fixes.
Guy just called and said the instrument cluster is 'going out', $800...do you want us to go ahead and replace it? I'm thinking F that...just fix the warranty stuff and I'll deal with the dash when it dies.
Anyone else have this problem?
As to the warranty work, 91,406 miles, took it in for TSB recalls and mentioned my exhaust manifold leaks and he said I'm still under drivetrain warranty and they're fixing it no cost to me.
Since I've seen a lot of comments both ways on the Warranty fix I thought I'd let you all know.
