Does anyone know a good way to open up the OEM vertical fogs and re-seal them? Any advice is appreciated.

I have a simple project planned to paint the non reflector surfaces black. I picked up a full set for $20 on Craigslist so I have some spare parts in case this doesn't go well...

If they are like the horizontal ones same as headlights... bake em and I used the morimoto seal splitter tool, but a screwdriver will work too.
