Fog lights

I have a 2021 1500 warlock I've seen differing opinions on this ....I want to put fog lights in my bumper but saw people say you need the switch ....I have this switch and this light turns on in the dash when I turn it on ....is this the switch already?

That switch and dash indicator is for the light on the back of the cab, outside that illuminates the bed area. Also called the 3rd brake light.

With the dash indicator illuminated, step out of the truck and check to see if the clear portion between the 2 red portions is on.

So, no this will not work.

However if you push the headlight switch inthe center of the button and check your front end, you may see that you have 2 small driving lights. If no, then you will need to update this to have factory style on off for fog lights

The picture of the switch is not the correct switch for the additional fog lights. For the 1500 RAM Classic you need switch number 68269912AA. Here is the picture of the switch. The part number for the switch you showed is 68269910AA (no fog light switch).
