Finally! I'm not a big fan of using the factory tow mirrors in the "non-tow" position, but I'm also not a fan of the Moose look when not towing. So, I leave them down most of the time (when not towing). I preferred the tow mirrors on my Titan and on our Ford F series ambulances. Honestly, I probably won't spend the money to change them, but if they had power folding as an option and the price were right, I would consider it.

Good find imho. love my truck but hate the flip up mirrors lol. I get the "ghost trailer" bs all the time.truth be told I can just see so much more with them up. I would assume these work on a 1500? Not sure of any differences. I think they would go good on my truck.

Just in the interest of stirring things up, I added a poll... :)

If you click the links on that product page, they have other styles as well, with switchbacks and such. I hate the Ram mirrors, I may buy a set of these [emoji1303]

I'd run them. I hate the look of the Ram mirrors flipped up. I flip mine up when towing but hate the way they look. Not selling mine to buy these but if I was in the market and if they were power folding I'd get them

The only reason I won’t buy those is lack of power folding. I wish Ram would switch to that style rather than the flip up. The convex part is nearly useless when flipped down.
They have power folding

I would replace my tow mirrors with these, but not for $400. What I would rather see is someone adapt the Gen 2 tow mirrors for the 4th Gen Rams. I could see a lot more with those, up or down...well, except for that short fence post that I sideswiped backing up.

Can you link it? I was looking through the site and can't find power folding in this "ford/chevy" style mirror.
My bad misread the details. Power everything but fold.

I hate to say it but I’d consider them. As others have posted, the tow mirrors are crap when down (look cool but have a HUGE blindspot). They work exceptionally well when up but IMO they look funny up when not towing. Last but not least, my factory tow mirror glass shakes/vibrates too much for my liking and I have since realized they also make rattling noises when I hit bumps or close the door.

I would consider it if I had to replace my mirrors, BUT I would need to see them on a ram first.
