Hi guys,

This is only applicable if you have a Dodge Ram with a Solid Front Axle (all 2500/3500 models, and 1500s from 2001 and earlier).

We're proud to announce a sale, and then an additional $10 off for members of RamForum.com by using a discount code on checkout. The code is SAVE10-STABIL-MV-RAMFORUM. Pricing is normally $195. The sale is $165, and then the code will get you an additional $10 off for a total of $155. Shipping is only $21 and we also have a reasonable rate for Canadian members as well including insurance.

This is a limited time only so I strongly recommend getting on it before they're all gone and before the sale is over. Shipping on this large, heavy item, is also only $21 using Hell Bent Steel's smart packaging system.

If you guys know Hell Bent Steel, our quality of manufacturing, attention to detail, made here in the USA of premium components only, and quality of powdercoating (for long lasting durability, good looks, etc) is second to none.
We also pride ourselves by offering really efficient manufacturing and passing a lot of the saving on to the consumer, a sale and a discount code is very rare from Hell Bent Steel.

The issue with Dodge Rams and steering comes from Steering Boxes that are developing wander or slop in the steering boxes. This is true for all Dodge Ram models with solid front axles, including all years, and 2009+ and 2003-2008 that have had upgraded boxes install from a Dodge dealer.

What we found is that by adding a brace to the bottom of the box, this allows pretty much any reasonably good condition steering box to stay in good shape pretty much indefinitely. It also makes the handling tighter and better than even when the truck rolled off the floor. See the reviews on our pages to see what I'm talking about - lots and lots of customers report this.

Really interesting to note is that we are even starting to see the issue in 2009+ trucks. Particularly those with higher miles and/or larger tires. The issue happens with all trucks from 2008 and earlier, stock tires or not. It wasn't a matter of "if" but "when," and the problem is well known for 1994 to 02 trucks of course.

Let me know if you have any questions, but I'm going to put a seperate thread up about this shortly..

thanks,
Andre
