Hey there I was wondering if there is a difference in the frames of a 3/4 ton 2nd Gen ram between the gas and diesel models as I am trying to swap in a 6.7L with transmission?

No and why a 6.7? Sounds like a lot of custom fabrication for the trans mounting and electrical harness.

No, not between gas and diesel, just between the 4wd and 2wd models.
