Frame mounted step bar ?

Hello,

I have actually a set of 6" running board. I like them but they bent the metal in the rocker panel toward the rear of the truck on the passenger side.

My dealer didn't have any solution that other than a body shop repair. But even if I go that way , I guess it won't be long until it will do it again.

So my question is , does any frame mounted step bar exist for the 4th gen ram ?

I tried to find the answer on Google , but it's not clear if it's yes or no.

I didn't come across any when I was shopping aftermarket myself. I do have to say the provisions for mounting factory or aftermarket are pretty chintzy. My 2 previous F150 crew cabs had 4 beefy brackets instead of 3, and each one had six bolts that bolted to both the rocker rails and floor support braces further inboard. Not just the rocker like the Ram. Those things never moved, even under my oh-so-svelte 260lbs. The Westins I just put on my '16 Ram.....I'm afraid to put much of my weight on them.
