my question is: I have a 2011 Laramie 1500. My front black plastic where everyone puts the curved LEd bar in, is thinner in the middle and wider on the ends. will a led light bar still work? i also have a 3" body lift and for brackets i think that makes a difference as well.

My bumper opening in my 14' Express is also a little wider in the ends and narrower in the middle and I had no problems fitting the bar. While I don't have a certain answer about it working with a 3" body lift, I believe it will, without any issues and I'll explain why. I mounted mine to the studs where the bumper support bolts to the frame. When you install a body lift, you install the brackets that raise the bumper support up as well. You would just attach the light bar bracket to the "stud" or bolt where the extension bracket attaches to the bumper support.
