Front bumper valance

Could the plastic valance under the chrome bumpers really save that much gas mileage? I have always just taken them off for 6" of extra clearance up front. Always wondered this.

I don't know. I was wondering the same. After mine got torn up pretty bad on some rocks I threw it in the trash and like the look a lot better without it. Have not noticed any difference in mileage but I don't do a lot of highway driving.

Took mine off my 1500, going to on my 2500. There's no way in hell it saves much at all. Someone will come in here with a page long post on how it'll save you a nickel a year.
