Will a front lower bumper valance (from TRX, Rebel, etc) fit Limited???

The Limited is a great truck, but the front painted bumper looks a bit lacking. Does any one know if 5ZB47MS5AA will fit on top of the stock limited bumper? Looks like I may not even have to remove bumper, seems to bolt on top?

Do they make one in chrome?

I think this will improve the front end look tremendously.
