i have a 04, not long after i got it i tightened up the t bars an put 35s on it. when they wore out i bought some more and they messed up and ordered 37s, i told them if they would fit to go ahead and put them on, they cleared good until i turned sharp so i bought a set of keys to raise it a little more, now the front end is starting to drop down, i guess the bars are stressed. ive looked all over trying to find some diff bars and cant without buying a whole lift, and i dont want to, my tires clear fine it handles great and i dont want to lift it, it looks good the way it is. so my ques is, does anybody know where i can find a nice set of bars? or can i reindex them to bring the front end back up?

Sounds to me like you're going to have to invest in an actual suspension lift rather than stressing your front end components.

Exactly ^^ clearing 37s with stock suspension parts and steering linkage is basically impossible.

You can only raise a torsion bar suspension so much before they loose their tension and sag.
To clear 37s you're going to need a full on suspension lift.

Can you post pics of your truck with 37's. I really doubt the truck is even drivable with that size tire on just a leveled truck.

Why not just get oem torsion bars? FYI, suspension lifts use the factory bars anyway.
