Front end squeak

I have a 2016 Ram 1500 CC 4x4. I just started noticing a squeak coming from the front end. Mainly on the passenger side. It seems to only happen while going over bumps. While driving straight or turning, it happens. If it matters, I have a 2 1/2" leveling kit on the front end. Has anyone had this happen and can help me out? Thanks.

Have you verified any grease joints have been so maintained? I found my last truck was not being greased because the tech never found the fittings, they were well hidden from the tech in the oil change well.

Man, could be a number of things. Check tie rod ends, sway bar bushings, Upper and lower control arm Bushings/ball
Joints. Use a can of silicone Lube spray and soak everything down. Also maybe double check or levelling kit to make sure everything is tight and right.

So what kind of leveling kit ? spacers ? if so i'll start there. I don't think we have zerk fittings to pump grease into anything suspension wise in the 4th gen 1500's. The bushings are all maintenance free, DS's don't have zerks either as far as i know, hoping that's the case cause i've never greased them if they did have them

I have almost 90k miles in my truck and still on factory tie rods, front LCA's,hubs, CV axles etc. the only thing i need to add grease on is my Zone UCA's BJ's and they have zerks to do so. I beat the crap out of my truck in the dirt trails and nothing squeaks other than a couple of little brackets in my front bumper that are attached to the body mounts.

Remove the crappy factory busings and add some zerk fittings. This solved my skeeing noise .
