Hello, I'm new to the forum and I hope someone can help. I bought A2002 Ram a month ago and after a week the front speakers quit working. Thinking it was the head unit, I changed it out with 2 others. Had the same problem, so I assume it's in the wiring somewhere. If someone can help with any idea of what's causing this, I would be very greatful.

would all the front speakers go out at exactly the same time? and I am truly unsure if it's an infinity system ( old and a little dumb abt that stuff).

Does your radio have the bass and treble adjusters on it?

on my original head unit and the other two I tryed, I used the fader and put all of them all the way to the front speakers and got NO sound whatsoever. Sound will only come out of the back speakers.

If you replaced the speakers and they went out again, assume it's the HU.

Well never replaced the speakers . Only tried other head units after the speakers quit working. Would the original head unit have blown all the front speakers out at the exact same time? I assumed it would be something to do with a wiring connection or something.

Thanks. I'll get a speaker and change out one of the door speakers with a different head unit and try it out.

Sounds to me like a wire has been cut, or loose connection. When you pull it all apart, trace the front speaker wires and see if they've been cut.
