Like soooooo many others, I've put this off long enough (6 months) the CEL and low fuel message is driving me crazy and need to remedy...
Found replacement sending units on Amazon for around $30, just the level sending unit, vs. the entire pump assembly, $200 for non-OEM (knockoffs?) all the way to $600+ for Bosch (looking at you stealership)....
Has anyone tried these? Looks to be the same design, if it's going to fail after another ~80-100K miles like the OEM seems like a win at $30, if it's junk that will only last 6 months that's another story, don't mind tearing things apart to repair...but i don't make a hobby of repeat performances.
