I recently replaced my fuel pressure sensor as I had code P018B. This didn't fix my issue. I also verified my wiring. However, I found that on the connector that the pressure sensor plugs into, I am reading 4.78 volts on the signal wire (brown/yellow). The power wire (pink/yellow) reads the expected 5 volts, and all the grounds are good. What could be causing this?

Did you ever get this issue resolved?

On the fuel pressure sensor connector you have 3 wires.

Pin #1 Brown/Yellow
Fuel Pressure Sensor Signal

Pin #2 Brown/White
Sensor Ground

Pin #3 Yellow/Pink
5V Reference

Are you saying that you have the 4.78V on Pin #1 Brown/Yellow with the fuel pressure sensor connector plugged in or unplugged?

If you have that 4.78V on Pin #1 while the sensor connector is disconnected then you have a short to voltage.
