Fuel Rail Sensor

I have got this code awhile back, and took it to a diesel mechanic. They said it was the fuel filter, so that was replaced. Went another 5k miles and it popped again...

Any know much about this?

I heard back gas can throw the sensor? Is it an easy fix? Expensive?
