It don't sound like this is going to be something you want to pursue as a vocation. LOL

You got that right. Did save about $4.5$ doing it myself though. It turned out nice, just wasn't the look I was going for. Really wanted the white with gray for a nice contrast. It was also super messy and time consuming. I was on the fence between tiles and epoxy but went epoxy because of the look I was going for, which I didn't completely get.

I also taped by the garage doors for a pine to draw the epoxy to, I think that line was a bit too far out extended past the garage floor, plus it's going to be "fun" trying to remove painters tape with epoxy over it. I was planning on probably putting a threshold down since one of the doors doesn't completely seal at the bottom. I also plan on painting the exterior apron infront of the doors since I need to do some patch work. In the end, I think it'll be good, still a lot of work to do like painting the stemwall as well. Would have loved to epoxy those, but it was already a bit of a stretch for this doing it all completely by myself and adding the stemwall would have been too much with the short working time of the epoxy.

Here's a pic of the latest right after the poly layer. Man this stuff reeked bad. Worse than regular poly. If I didn't have the full face respirator, it would have put me out for sure. The house reeked and had to be aired out for a couple yourself afterwards just from having the empty mix bucket in the hall for 30 minutes while I spread everything.

If you look closely at the pics you'll see bunps, that the antiskid I added. I threw a bunch down since it was super slick with socks on, can't imagine how dangerous it would be when wet.IMG_20181021_103435.jpg

IMG_20181021_172529.jpg Pulled the tape up, wasn't too bad at all with a mudding knife. This coat is THICK. I'm guessing somewhere near 50 mil. Looks like the line for the doors is about spot on. Guess I don't give myself enough credit lol.

Very true and the antiskid definitely helps hide the bubbles and imperfections. The swirling inconsistent look helps as well. Just need to cross my fingers that all cures well. There were a couple of spots in-between coats that were tacky and didn't seem like they were adhering well, but with as many coats as I put on, I'm hoping to be alright.

So when do you start loading it full cabinets, workbench, tools and fun ****?
Letting it cure this week and will see if I can get help with cabinets this weekend. Garage still stinks.fromnthe poly, so I've been airing it out. Still need to secure the slatwall to one of the walls.and put the inserts in and throw a few more pieces up as well.

Check out this corner lot eyesore... Only brick is for the front of the double window kickout and the bottom of the posts. Third garage stall is connected via a narrow path to the main 2 car portion, and the extra ''backup pad" they poured doesn't even but up against the house or flow very well. They poured the driveway today and had it extended so they two car portion backed straight out, guess they changed it up at the last minute... They should have done a u driveway to allow them to backup to both streets... I personally would have done a sidewalk to the back patio as well. Guessing the garage windows were wanted for that gorgeous view of the plastics manufacturer until another house goes up across the street lol.

They must want to but a planter or something next to the garage where the gap is in the concrete. I agree, should touch the garage there.

that could be a planting area. My wife didn't want the concrete right up to the garage, and now it's got stone in it.

Yup you are both right. It could be a planter area.

Just seems like a goofy house with goofy thinking. Yours will stand out as the standard for the neighbors.

Thanks man. I am a little disappointed that you really can't even tell much about what's going on with the floor from the street. It's missing that drive by wow factor.
