I'm curious what you guys are getting for gas mileage with say 6" lift and 37s with the hemi

If you could post what truck you have, how much lift and what size tires plus your MPG and maybe even gear ratio that would be awesome!

My 2017 with 6” lift plus 2” coilovers for 8” front and 5” rear, 37x12.50 on 20x9, Hemi 8sp 3.92 I only got 10mpg and my speedo was corrected

I now have 6” front and 3” rear with 325/60R20 on 20x10 and I get 14.5

I really like the 325's, they are wider than a 12.50 and taller than a 35. They are also an LT tire so even though they are bigger than a 35 they actually weigh less.

I make a 1200 mile highway trip about 4 times a year. When I had 37's it would struggle to hold 85mph without shifting back-n-forth between 8th and 7th gear in the Texas hill country but wasn't as bad on flat highways. With the 325's it does much better and will only downshift if passing or going over 95mph.

The rolling mass of the tire/wheel combo plays a huge roll in mileage and power loss so factor in the weight when selecting your tire/wheel setup.

2016 2500, BDS 5.5 inch lift. 6.4 Hemi 37x12.50 R20LT Nitto Ridge Grappler. Running 4.56 gears. I also run premium 93 because of the tune I run. I get around 13 MPG. Just towed 16 ft enclosed trailer with my 4 seater side by side in it to Kentucky and got around 10.5 MPG running at 70 MPH on avarage.

Dang, that looks great! It looks like you still have a bit of rake which I prefer.

Thanks, it’s all math so measure your fender height at all four corners then you can see what works best. These trucks all measure a little different so you gotta start there.
