Hello All,
Trying to diagnose a weird electrical issue for a friend.
We got his father's Ram up here and for the most part everyone is working electronically except that it has a parasitic draw which I am trying to track down, but also the gauge cluster doesnt work. But for some weird reason the Tach works fine. We checked both fuses. Both are fine. We swapped them anyways. Not change. Except that the tach now just starts to bounce around and be all whacky when the one fuse it remove. Returning the fuse, tach works as normal. Could this be a solder issue or a broken connection issue? To my knowledge the cluster hasn't been removed/swapped/even touched.
Thank you for any insight you all may have for me.
