Gauge Cluster Replacement

I have a 2010 1500 Hemi 4x4 Big Horn. Is there any way to replace the gauge cluster with a 2013 pr newer gauge cluster with the 7" screen in the middle. Also is there any way to replace the dash with the newer bezels and radio. Basically completely update the entire front dash and everything with it?

Yeah, it's called trade the truck in for one with the features you want.
Unfortunately the +13 Ram trucks underwent a major revamp of the inner workings of the vehicle. The wiring and CANbus architecture changed.

I’ll never forget the week i was about to get a 3.7L 2012 1500 QC in early 2012, before i found and bought my current truck. Happy i got a 2013!
