Getting transmission codes

I randomly checked my DTC the other day with my trinity. There were 2 codes p2704 & p0935. I have a custom transmission tune but not sure if it's related. I cleared the codes drove around a little and rechecked the codes and they came back.

Is this signs something potentially fatal is going to happen to my transmission? I have only noticed on random mornings I get the delayed engagement. But no matter how many filters and seals I change out it always comes back. Is there anything specific that could be causing these codes?

I really haven't found much info on the cause of the p2704 code other than its 4th gear clutches.

I wish I could afford a built 545rfe from sharadon or ATS. Problem solved...
