Thanks. I was really turned off at first when I installed the rear bumper Thursday night. I love the look of the rear bumper from the rear, but from the sides of the truck, the ends of the Go Rhino bumper don't fill the cutouts for the stock bumper.

The rear looks good its simplistic. As for the cut outs this is what I would do.. black out the paint behind it so it blends. Test the look by just putting like black trashbag or something there to see if you like it better. If you do just put some plasti dip back there if you ever want to remove it later.

Great idea! I will Plastidip it, and if I don't like it, I can peel it off! That thought never even occurred to me. My thought was to cut the bottom of the fenders off so I couldn't see that silver hanging below the bumper from the rear.

I think once you level or lift it and install a larger tire it will be awesome, its just right niw it still has a street truck stance so it looks alittle confused.lol

You got my attention :)

I need to get a winch onto my 3500, but I am worried about the aftermarket bumper restricting the air flow to my intercooler . Most manufactures are a little vague on this point.

I agree 100%. I'm just trying to decide on a lift. I'm leaning toward an Icon lift, but got to let my savings account recover from the bed cover and bumper purchases.

Unless you are actually taking your gruck off road and beating on it hard, a zone lift is more economical and affordable.

True, and I won't be taking it off road until it's paid off, so there's that. Maybe a Ready-Lift Part #: 69-1040 which gives 4.0"F & 1.5"R.

I've always run Toyo Open Country M/Ts but I may look into different options this time. I drive about 2500 miles a month (bought the truck August 8 and already have over 6000 miles). The stock crappy Goodyears should be dead within a year, and have until then to decide on a lift. I want a functional lift and not something that simply makes the truck look good and allows larger tires to fit. Spacers are out of the question. We'll see about M/Ts when the time comes.
You are going to catch me. My 18 Sport Night has 27k and it had 22 miles on it in March when I got it!

My two cents: If you like how the Plasti-Dip does on the back, consider running a strip along the entire lower rocker panel down the sides. Use the lower contour line as the cutoff. As mentioned, the whole look will change considerably with the lift.

Looks great! What winch and LED lights do you have?

I went cheap for now on the winch and lights.

Got winch off ebay - company named X-Bull. Supposedly a 13,000 lb winch??? Haven't really put it to the test yet, but I hope to this winter. It did make short work of pulling some bushes out of my parents landscaping.

Cheapo Amazon LED's. Couldn't complain if they quit working today because all 4 were like $30 bucks. Can't really use them much anyway without blinding people.

What wheels are you running?

I was running them on the ATX AX202 in bronze. I actually traded it in recently on a 2500 megacab because we need something bigger. Had about 18k miles on them and still werent even down to the first wear bar circle on them.

I decided that I didn't like the plastic front bumper on the Sport, especially how low it hung down. I installed these bumpers in my garage with no help. I'm not completely sure that the truck looks as good as it did stock, but I think it will look pretty tough once I get a mild lift installed. I can definitely feel the extra weight out front, so I will need some heavier springs on the front. Tell me what you think, good or bad.View attachment 144207 View attachment 144208 View attachment 144209
Look into the eibach pro truck lift. They have a notch for heavier bumpers and winches. If you do the whole kit it’s 3.5” lift front and 1” lift rear all new with coils no spacers. The price is right too

I thought those were the AX202! i have been looking for a ram with that setup, and couldnt find a pic anywhere. Thank you. I am going back and forth between these and method NV machined for my black sport CC. These looked great on your previous setup.

What route are you going on your 2500 MC?
