So for all of yall North Carolinians the past couple of days have been full of icy roads and snow storms. Me and a buddy of mine were going to go pick up these to girls the morning after the storm occurred and everything went well on the way to their house. (keep in mind i am i need of new tires because all of them are very bald). So on the way back from picking them up we entered my neighborhood and there was a ice patch up ahead of me, so i started to accelerate fairly quick when i hit the patch and my back end started to whip out to the right of the street. (also keep in mind, to my left there is a gated neighborhood, and a giant ditch with a concrete culvert). I tried to recorrect and the tail end whipped to the left and into the grass, sending me directly into the ditch and concrete culvert. It bout ripped my axle off along with the drivers side tire. I have to replace the Axle shaft, upper control arm, lower control arm, knuckle, hub bearing and tires. It completely broke my lower control arm and axle shaft and warped my knuckle. Oh and it dented up the front bumper pretty good too
Still deciding wether to send the 6 inch RCX lift back to pay for damage or just to lift and fix it at the same time.
Ideas?
