After many e-mails and trolling through the headlight topics on the forums I took the plunge. Today I received my projectors, mounting brackets, XB35 hid kit with Osram bulbs and the required wiring hardware.

Hoping to get a start on the install next week.

Good luck! I just opened a pretty healthy care package myself... All HID's, switchback boards, and clear corners for my projector headlamps. Then thought to myself, guess I should've replaced the projector too and got a crisp clear lens... Ooo well!!! Regardless I love the output!!

Are you going to take before/after pics?
This should be money well spent.
Good luck with the retrofit!

I'll try to get some after pics as well as install pics if anyone's interested. Just waiting for some days off and of course now the temperature is starting to dip again.

If you get yours installed soon I wouldn't mind seeing how you have your resistors and everything mounted.

All I had to mount were the hi/low ballasts and the driver for the switch back boards. I used the canbus harness and ziptied the two harnesses (amp/igniter & the canbus) together every 3-4" and it's pretty stout tucked out of the way I put the driver and two ballasts and drivein the bottom of the relay/fuse center on the drivers side then mounted the ballasts to the plastic close out panel by the air box on the passenger side

I need to tuck mine in better. Went under the truck to grab a dropped battery terminal cover and found some nice spots on the frame that I will zip tie to. I grounded to a bolt with washer holding sheet metal to the frame next to the white plastic holder where the chrome metal stud from the headlight seats into. Sorry no pics. If I take them out again soon I will snap some.
