Only thing I'd give the company is a big Cancel my order notice. Thats about as considerate as I could be for not telling me for 3 weeks and who gives a Rat a_s about China anyway....Dems do I guess .

BBB has been a scam for years. You basically get a bad score unless you pay them, and if you pay for a good score you'll get one.

Just posting on social media seems more effective.

Business owners in here should understand this.

For those who don’t, BBB is the early incarnation of Yelp! Before we could write reviews, you would call and complain to these guys.

Happy to say they have agreed to honor the original price. The company was in fact customoffsets. But the fact they made things right is why I didnt want to drag their name they the mud.

With todays delays from China on wheels, its just not the build houses, but container ships. I have a friend in LA port. They stated fuel prices went up Jan 1st, then the virus right behind Chinese New Years, then the container ships took over 30% of the open ships out of commissions. So...they drive the cost up to get stuff on the ships, aka revenue. So the stuff could be built, just competing to get them ON a ship.

3 weeks ago placed my order with a unnamed company. Today I got an email stating the wheels I ordered are now on back order. There website states I should have been informed within 2 days if this was going to happen. Needless to say I told them I would go with wheel B which is $100 more which I have no problem paying but here is the kicker. They want me to pay $500 more for the exact same tires because wheel B isnt apart of the same package. Now call me crazy but good business to me would be we f*d up and we're 3 weeks late telling you we didnt have your wheels so we are going to eat the cost on the tires and only charge you the difference in the wheels since we didnt inform you in a timely manner. RANT OVER

I say wait for the ones you wanted in the first place and dont pay extra for what was your choice "B" in the first place. Save that money for something else you may want-this way you will get what you wanted originally and wont have to kick yourself in the ass later and say that these werent the ones I really wanted. So would you recommend them or was it a pain in ass to deal with them-( having to call them all the time to find out what was going on?) or was it a worthwhile transaction?

I think many of us knew who you were talking about. Last fall I priced out co and bbwheels. Bbwheels had better prices on tires and co wouldn't match the price. Only thing about bb is they do not come mounted and balanced. They drop ship from manu. While a slight inconvenience, it's also good to go locally and get them mount and balanced (roadforce if preferred) and have someone stand behind it.

I usually buy my wheels online, but I always buy my tires at discount tire so if there's any balance issue theyll take care of it, warranty if you want it and free balance and rotations. I just load up my wheels and OEM tire pressure sensors and they mount them up.

It has been listed a couple times. It's custom offsets. Imo I would not cross them off my list. I would treat them like any other online vendor. They all have some bad times. Just use a credit card that you can contest any crappy transactions. Keep receipts and any emails. General cya stuff

Me either pretty excited. Never thought I'd get a red wheel but i actually like it. Just hope it looks right on the truck which I think it should.
