Hello everyone and greetings from coastal NC!
My name is Brian and I own a 2005 1500 st. Yep the v6 with a 6 speed manual. I bought the truck new in 2005 for a birthday gift to myself. Actually today being the 15th my truck is having its 10th birthday today!
I've not done much to it, just added a set of running boards but that is all about to change!
For most of its life my truck was just transportation. Getting me back and forth to my daily job. I have since changed careers and enjoy the life as a truck driver. I was thinking about selling the old girl but my wife in her infinite wisdom made me realize how crazy that would be. The old girl only has 97000 miles on her and runs like a top. So why not do something with her?
I'm more of an old school guy (I will be 42 tomorrow) so I'm planning on an old school salt flat racer look. More to come!
