I decided to remove the lowering kit and put my stock springs and 2" front lift spacer back on. I really liked the look of my truck lowered, but I'm not really a lowered truck kind of guy. It also looks much better with the tow mirrors now than it did when lowered.

If anyone is interested I have my Belltech lowering kit for sale. Springs only have 4k miles on them...

Looks good! This is not helping my temptation!

However, the lack of availability of 4.56s for the 2011+ Rear ends right now is. I just check with Randy's R&P (who I've used multiple times) and they don't have any gear sets for them yet?! Oh well, it'll let me focus on other mods for now.

You can still level it out and not swap gears just yet. The spacer I have was about $100 shipped. Kind of pricy for a poly spacer but it's of great quality and fits the coil bucket perfectly. I've used cheaper spacers and they just seem too flimsy. Don't forget the alignment afterwards...

Oh, I know I CAN... I just don't want to level unless I'm going up a size in tires. and I don't wanna go up a size unless I'm reg-eared. I can't stand the crap-tastic 3.55s I'm assuming my truck has as is.

2wd. I have very little need for 4wd.

All this time I thought yours was 4wd. You never know when you're going to need it! Truck looks great, and like you said, with the tow mirrors they go better with a level/lifted truck.

Nope, just 2wd. I could have bought a 4wd, they had one identical to mine just ~$4k higher. I couldn't justify the extra expense to use 4wd just a few times a year in the snow. There have only been a couple of times in 45k miles when I could have really used 4wd but I managed. One of those times I buried the rear of the truck damn near to the axle in a soft yard and ended up having to dig out. As mushy as the ground was, a 4wd probably would have just buried both axles...

Thanks!

These tires only have 22k miles on them and have at least another 25k left in them (I won't run them down to the wear bars, that too low for me.) That will get me another year or so then I will start looking for replacements and deciding on what size to go with.
