The problem was a faulty sensor indicating a Small Vapor Leak. A test confirmed that there was no problem and that it was a faulty sensor which the dealer promptly replaced under warranty and I was on my way. I am thankful it wasn't something major. The service writer said this is a common problem. Maybe FCA should look into it?

Im in the same boat - first problem with my '19 Rebel yesterday night. Here in Northern IL we had a mini blizzard yesterday. I love driving in fresh powder so the lil lady and I went into town for dinner. No issues there, but when we got back in the truck my backup camera was a blue screen. Turned the truck off and back on, no change. I researched a little last night, sounds like this has been an intermittent problem with the UConnect system for years between various vehicles. I'm only at 2500 miles. I haven't turned it on today to see if its working again, sounds like a lot of folks don't have to visit the stealership, and it resolves itself. Some have claimed an over the air update causes or fixes it. Others say its a problem with the spray-in bedliner. Who knows, but it's crazy cold here and I'm inclined to blame that since the truck has been trouble free otherwise for 5 months of ownership

Many times when you get a problem with the uconnect you can fix by unhooking one battery cable and the rehook it up. Challengers I have had were bad for this kind of thing.

That is an effective band-aid to the problem, not a fix. Perhaps the problem is resolved with a software update from the dealer. My truck is too new to have these issues. Of course we don't have the extreme cold where I live.

My screen also went black for a day. Had an appointment for the following day but when I got in the truck to head to the dealership it was back on and has been good ever since.....
