Right off the bat, this is the radio I was running in my 2017 2500. The radio is 17MY, and the HVAC module is correct for 2017 2500 and 3500 trucks. The difference with the 1500 module is that the AC compressor has multi-stage control and there's an additional pin for it in the module. A 1500 module will work in a 2/3500 for sure, but I'm not sure about the HD module in a 1500.
Also, this setup will convert your 4 speed fan to a 7 speed.
Hardware:
8.4 VP3 radio (I have the unlock code)
HVAC module
Radio/HVAC control
Antenna (GPS & phone) *this is the antenna mounted forward on the top of the cab
Fan module
HVAC conversion harness (instructions on this site in DIY)
Fan adapter harness (stripped down production harness)
Radio signal extension (Phone GSM -Bordeaux)
$1250 shipped for the whole kit
Cash in person preferred
Check or postal MO if possible
I'll do Paypal +5%
Pictures:
This extension is for the phone signal. If you have Satellite radio (3.0 and 5.0), you should already have the curry colored connector for the XFM signal. The extensions normally run up the passenger side A-pillar. When I had this in the truck, I went up the Driver side A-pillar, it just made more sense to go that way and it's shorter.
