Turn the CAPs lock off while you type for starters.
You might want to find a different shop as if fuel won't go into the tank it's either the filler neck vent or the rollover valve in the tank. It's probably the later which means the tank needs to be replaced.

X2 have the tank replaced, A known issue they know about it, the pump filler nozzle in your state is the problem, with the short neck in the fuel tank.
