Headlight Buld question

I am sure it has been asked a million times about kits etc, but what is a good upgrade with out modding the headlights.? As you know the stock lights are fair at best so looking at upgrade bulbs for my 2015 RAM that do not run too hot,but brighter!

Either get some Putco or Sylvania SilverStar Ultras, or go to HIDs with projectors.

RetroShop has just what you need to go to HIDs.

Thanks for the heads! Is the HID a straight drop in with no mods? As for the Sylvania that is a good buld, I used them in my motorcycle a few years ago and forgot all about them,, Thanks for the lead on retro shop I will see if I can find their link, Google is my friend found the link Thanks

HID's are not an exact drop in (it's a bit more work than just replacing bulbs) but Retroshop has ya covered on what's needed.

Retroshop is a vendor here and JJ is great to work with.

55w HID MoriMoto capacitors/ cancelers made a nice bright upgrade on mine didn't know if that was your question but as you know the stock lights are dim.

You can also switch your H11 bulb and do the H9 bulb swap. It does requiring cutting a small piece out of the H9 bulb to fit the H11 adapter, but you'll see a big difference with minimal mod required. Do a search in the forum you'll see there is a write-up for this mod.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I do not think Ill go HIDs yet so a basic bulb swap or the minor H9 mod
