Headlight issue

I have a 2016 Ram Big Horn, not sure but believe 2014 is similar. There are no fuses or relays for headlights. Headlights are run by the TIPM (totally integrated power module). If you crossed wires at all during install the tipm will shut down power to them. The dealer will tell you it will cost between 800-$1000 to repair. Need new TIPM likely and then flashed with most current program for VIN.
I am still fighting exact issue as replaced a bulb and now doesn't work.
