Both my low beam, and high beam "burned out" or maybe they didn't after all on the drivers side.... I figured I would just upgrade and do all my lights at the same time...spent way more then I should have ($220 I believe on the best piaa extreme white lights high and low beam) made one 2 hour trip went to test them out the very same night they were installed and boom both lights out again on drivers side :( Help!!!!

You try switching the bulbs side to side? Maybe the driver's side has a bad electrical contact. Has anyone modified anything in there that you know of?

Sounds like a wiring or voltage issue to that side.
