Headlight, parking lights, brake lights issue

I have no brake lights or parking lights, everything else is spiffy. Previous owner installed HID headlights, which I'm sure is wreaking havoc on the IPM and causing my lighting woes. I haven't had a chance to tear into it yet, but do y'all think cutting out the junk and getting the stock halogens back in will fix anything?

Check the fuses for any lighting. It is possible that whatever set up is in there is causing the problem

Hopefully I'll get the truck back today so I can check it out. Really hoping it's something simple. Can't afford to replace the IPM or FCM right now.

It may be just a ground problem or the harness was hacked and you have a short.
