Absolutely love the look of the XB LED lights with the DRL and LED turn signals. Pretty pricey headlights, for sure. I know a lot of you have tinkered with different "levels" of LED replacement fixtures. Are the XBs really worth the price tag?

They’re for 09-18.
If you have a 2015 you need the resistor kit.

But I’m asking $1200 shipped.
Brand new unopened in the box.

I dig the look of them, but after reading through all the problems some have had with these types of conversion lights, I'm wondering if it's worth the expense? These headlights are not cheap.

I believe all the problems where only on the 1st batch of lights. Those where the preorder sets. I do believe that all the issues got fixed and now they work as Intended

I enjoyed them on my 4th Gen.

Currently have a set for sale used for $900. Probably need to advertise better and get these sold.

Yup, not understanding issues like that at a price point that high.

you have to consider the fact that if something goes out you have to replace it all again so there goes another $1300+

there is no replacing a diod when it goes out (like replacing a bulb when it goes out)

I have the AlphaRex Pro G2 for mine still playing with settings for getting ride of park lamp out error, but they appear to be good quality. Plus you can replace the bulbs & diods when they go out... I paid $400 for the AlphaRex's on their amazon page... sold by ModifiedStreet. they have a really cool startup.

plan on replacing the halogen bulbs when I decide what to get. I would like to find a fanless set, without a PWM, or resistor pack. I should be able to just change the setting to LED bulb with AlfaODB and not need any of that extra crap.

Looks are just taste... I like the looks of the AlphaRex better, specially being I was able to get chrome.

Im with you on that.

My truck is a Bright White Big Horn, so teh color is light and it already has a good mix of chrome on it. The AlphaRex chrome lights "fit" my truck perfectly.

At the time you could only get the Gen2 model in black bezel with tinted DRL lens. The market wasnt there for chrome, according to Alpha, so I went ahead and got a set of Gen1 and modified them to have Gen2 features. It was a fun first ever headlight mod project!
