Headrests/dvd player

I have 2 headrest dvd players that came out of my other vehicle. How hard is it to have them put into my Ram headrests? Or is it easier just buying new headrests with the dvd already installed in them

what vehicle did they come out of? are the post the same size and distance apart?

I meant how hard is it to remove the dvd players from mkx headrests and have them installed into my ram headrests. Wasent looking to actually use the mkx headrests
