headunit replacement

I have a 2012 express with only Sirius and want to upgrade to a DVD hu. I know trimming the plastic under the trim bezel is needed but I don't need a different bezel for this new hu do I? When I look at new hu's I see Sirius, xm, and Sirius xm. So can someone tell me which one I need

You do not need a new trim bezel and I believe if you have Sirius you need a Sirius head unit but now thinking about it more I think they might be multi compatible.
