Well I guess I'm not surprised that they find that everything I thought was abnormal they say is normal. I didn't buy this truck from this dealer for much the same reason. They didn't listen or pay attention to what features, options, I specifically wanted when I was buying. And they didnt make much of an effort to specifically address the issues I asked on service. But they did the recall work. I'll find the specs for shift points in tow /haul mode and figure out if its correct or not. If Ram trucks are supposed to shift out like this then maybe I shouldn't buy Ram. It is possible they hold 1st gear till 3500 rpm and then shift 2,3,4, at 1500. But it sure bogs down and ends up downshifting so low it acts like a bucking bull.
