Perfect timing(-7f) for the heat to go out on me. The cluster is telling me the engine isn't budging from 130, and is supposedly below that. I know for a fact its getting warmer than that though. I even blocked off the radiator to see if it would warm up and didn't. My dad said he talked to a dodge mechanic who told him that I may need a whole new cluster, a new water pump, &new temp guage. My dad was thinking he was saying to get a whole new cluster. Just throwing it out there to see if any of you guys had an ideas before I spend money on it.

I have no heat. Run the truck for around 20+ miles and will get slightly warmer than the air outside, but nothing you would want blowing on you.

Thermostat seems likely since youre not overheating. Is your lower radiator hose hot? not warm but hot. First thing id check is thermostat if your fans are blowing fully and its lukewarm air.

Pretty positive its the pump. New thermostat put in today, but yeah that top hose running into the water pump is hot, ice cold bottom hose.

There is no way I can reason that the pump would cause "over cooling" the thermostat and fan clutch are the only two possible causes aside from some crazy witchcraft

Pump replaced, manually stuck open the temp guage door and she'll throw out some heat.
